single crêpe recipe.

The crêpes that are made on the streets of Europe are the best.

I though have managed to work out the perfect recipe for a single crêpe to give you more excuses to make one at home.

All you need is 1 egg, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup milk and a pinch of salt.

Mix into a very wet batter and pour into a big hot pan with some butter. Cook both sides for 90seconds each side.

When it's almost done cooking add your choice of topping/filling over it while it's still in the pan.

The classic options; Sugar and Lemon, Maple Syrup, Ice-Cream, Whipped Cream, Nutella, Strawberries, banana, and other fruit toppings.

Tell me in the comments, what is your favourite topping?

Then fold the crêpe with your filling twice over to shape it like a pro and enjoy.

  1. I have actually never had a crêpe before! Guess that's what I get from being here in the US! This recipe seems simple enough though that I just might try it! (And then love it, try real crepes sometime, and realize I was still missing out anyway! Ha!)

Also, based on the few posts I've read through here, I think we'd definitely get along great! (Your videos and music are fantastic as well, for the record.)

    Best of luck in everything!

    1. Oh you have made my day :) Thank you sooo much. Have fun if you do make one. To be honest, when I tested this I didn't measure out what I was doing so there may be some updates later, haha. I like experimenting in the kitchen. I am very up for making friends through my blog and videos so I think we may have to test your theory of us getting along ;) I've been thinking of an idea for a new video and/or post; My Friendship Profile - A twist on the Online Dating Profile. So if you have any suggested questions to add I would love you for it!! xxxoBeka And I hope you have a very happy Valentines Day.
